What makes us so different?
We don’t just want to be an answering service, we want to learn about your business. We dive deep to make sure we understand the ins and outs so that if we get asked something on the phone from your customer that we can answer it, of course, we’re not going to know everything, so like a normal admin, we will take a MSG and send it through to you straight away.
hours of operation?
Phones will be turned on at 8.30am and turned off at 5pm QLD time. Out of hours we will set up a voicemail system for you, once we’re open at 9am we will then send through those msgs to you in an email.
Phone numbers
You will be provided with a local number, if you already have a local number or mobile, that is ok, we will divert your existing phone to our phone, in your sign up pack, you will be given clear instructions on how to do this. We got you.
things to know
A $99 setup fee applies for every connection whether new or returning. This includes the cost of your number, our time setting up your account, our meeting with you, training and so on. This is non refundable & is a once off fee.
What does calls capped mean?
We have to have a limit on the calls we answer. It will be tracked on our end and you will get alerted when we’re almost at your capacity. Once you do reach the maximum amount, you can turn the service off for the rest of the month or buy an extra pack. This information will be in your sign up pack.
We guarantee to never miss a call!
We have hired a full time staff member to get your calls, if they happen to be already on the phone or with other members of the space, the phone calls come through to me, this is why we both get trained on your business.

Boardroom Bookings
Bookings need to be made in advance and are subject to availability. Hours expire each month, you can’t accumulate.
Mail forwarding
Post Office visits $10 + postage costs.
