Hello! I’m Natasha
Owner of Ko Kollective, Emerald Kove, Privy Solutions, Motel Glenworth and of course Virtual Ko.
Six years ago everything changed for my family and I. It was when I found my passion and where I truly have come alive. Ko Kollective was born and it lit a fire inside that I never knew that I had, fast-forward 3 years and Emerald Kove was born. With both spaces full and a wait-list with amazing businesses waiting for their own space to move into, the next step for us I knew had to be serviced based, say hello to Virtual Ko. Giving back that freedom to business owners who may feel overwhelmed, who need guidance in their business and so much more. Of course I’ve added another thing to my plate and purchased a Motel in Toowoomba, yes I am crazy but I honestly love everything that I do. 2025 we have so much planned that I can’t wait to share.

Abbey
Abbey has a passion to help other businesses like no other, she’s caring, thoughtful and every interaction she has with our clients and of course yours is always professional and she always goes above and beyond.
Abbey is a keen traveller and has the most gorgeous little girl who she is about to spend even more time with this year before heading off to big girl school. She’s an amazing mum, wife and best friend.
Vicki
Our little chatter box but every client and person that comes into contact with her absolutely adores her just as much as we do.
Vicki comes from a Medical background and her knowledge of this field and her thoughtful ness towards your clients is amazing to see.

Elle
Elle has this infectious personality that we all just want to be around, shes caring, thoughtful, laid back and hilarious (so she thinks)
Elle comes from a Marketing and Managing background and is a mum to 2 young boys and is an amazing cake decorator.
